Free Shipping - Delivery Time 1-3 weeks.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.

If the order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you may also need to pay an import fee. Any import & customs fees are the responsibility of the customer when making a private import. Smartrollern cannot regulate or take responsibility for these costs. 

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving your package. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Email us at info@smartrollen.se for the delivery address.

Refunds are processed within 14 days. If you paid via Klarna, you can report your return and pause your payment during the return process.

 Items returned in undamaged condition will be refunded at full value. If the item has been handled to such an extent that its value has decreased, a deduction will be made from the refund to the extent the item is considered to have decreased in value.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

What happens if you don’t pick up your package at the pickup point?

Your package will normally remain at the pickup point for 7 days after arrival. If you do not collect your package, it may be returned to the postal center in Malmö, where it will need to be resent or destroyed.

The package will then be registered as "not collected" and we will charge you a fee of 100 SEK. The remaining order value will be refunded to you in the same way you paid at purchase. If you changed your mind after ordering you must accept the package so that it can be returned and not registered as "not picked up."
